To use UXbox, you may be required to create an account by providing an email, password, and payment details. It’s your responsibility to keep your account information secure.
3. Pricing and Payment
The pricing for our Services are as follows:
- UXbox Demo: Free
- UXbox Individual: 169 USD
- UXbox Teams: 297 USD
Payments are processed through Payhip and Stripe. By purchasing UXbox, you agree to the terms and conditions of these payment processors.
4. Refunds and Cancellation
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with UXbox, you can request a refund within 30 days of purchase by emailing us at joelkahn@theuxbox.com with your receipt number.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, logos, and other visual media created by UXbox are our property and are protected by copyright laws. Users are granted a license to use UXbox for personal and professional purposes, but are prohibited from illegally duplicating and sharing the content.
6. Third-Party Integrations
Our website integrates with Mailchimp, Elementor, WordPress, GoDaddy, and Hotjar, while our product integrates with Notion, Figma, and Miro. We are not responsible for the data practices, policies, or content of these third parties.
7. Prohibited Activities
You are prohibited from:
- Engaging in unlawful or fraudulent activities.
- Transmitting any malware or other malicious material.
- Illegally duplicating or sharing UXbox content.
